Apply to the Therapy Fund

Funding for therapy via our therapy fund is dependent on funding availability which varies over time. Once you complete the interest form, when funding is available, we will follow-up with you via email within 2-3 weeks to let you know if you have been approved to receive services and to get you connected to a therapist.
