At Therapy For Black Moms, we believe that taking time to rejuvenate in small ways everyday is essential. With that in mind, we created our mystery self-care packages to help moms get their self-care time in. The products in them are made primarily by Black woman small business owners and were carefully curated to put a smile on any mom's face and to support and encourage them on their journey of healing, rejuvenation, and self-love. The items and styles will vary over time but the mystery self-care packages will generally include things like mini hand poured candles, beautiful journals designed by Black women, books on topics like healing, boundaries, and self-love, pens/pencils with affirmations or quotes, uniquely designed bookmarks, fun premium stickers, and other surprises! You can get one for yourself, another mom in your life, or donate one to a mom who may need some extra love and support right now.
